Service Description

The Strategy Review Session is designed for clients who already have a proposed position, existing advice, or material relating to their matter, and want a clear, independent view before proceeding. This session focuses on reviewing the material available, understanding the approach that has been taken, and identifying any risks, gaps, or alternative pathways that may need to be considered. It is particularly useful where you have received advice but remain uncertain, or where you want reassurance before making a decision that may impact the direction of your matter. We work through your current position, assess the strength and structure of what has been proposed, and consider how your matter may be approached moving forward. Following the session, you will have a clearer understanding of your position, any areas requiring further consideration, and the most effective way to proceed. What this session includes • Review of relevant documents, advice, or proposals provided prior to the session • A one-on-one strategy session (typically 60–90 minutes) • Identification of risks, gaps, or alternative approaches • Clarification of your current position • Guidance on next steps and refinement of strategy What this session does not include • Ongoing representation or coming on record • Drafting of documents or formal legal material • Communication with the other party or their representatives • Negotiation or mediation attendance Any further work will require a separate costs agreement. Ideal client This session is suited to you if you have already received legal advice, a proposal, or draft material and want a clearer understanding before proceeding.
