Designed for clients preparing for mediation, this session focuses on positioning, preparation and ensuring you approach mediation with a clear strategy and understanding of likely outcomes.
Pathway 3 - Matters Already Underway
In-Progress Strategy Session or Mediation Attendance
For clients already engaged in a legal process or attending mediation, we provide strategic guidance, review of your current position and, where appropriate, attendance at mediation to support and represent you.
