Your Application for Divorce is handled on a fixed-fee basis. You will know the cost before you proceed, with no hourly billing and no unexpected fees from us.
From $1,500 — Sole application, straightforward circumstances
From $1,800 — Where a court attendance is required
Please note that both fees are in addition to:

The court filing fee, which is set by the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia. The current court filing fee is $1,170 for most applicants, or $390 for those holding an eligible concession card.

The cost of a process server, where service of documents on the other party is required
Some matters involve additional complexity. If your circumstances include an overseas marriage certificate requiring translation, parties who are still living under one roof, or other factors that may affect the application, we will discuss the appropriate fee with you before you proceed.
