Cancellation Policy

These terms apply to the complimentary 15-minute introductory call offered by KD & Co Lawyers 1. Nature of the Service The introductory call is provided free of charge and is intended as a preliminary discussion only. It does not constitute legal advice and does not create a solicitor-client relationship between you and KD & Co Lawyers. If you require legal advice, a formal appointment will be necessary. 2. Confidentiality Information you share during the introductory call will be treated as confidential. This obligation is subject to KD & Co Lawyers' professional obligations under applicable law and the rules of the Legal Practitioners Act 1981 (SA). 3. Cancellations and No-Shows There is no charge for this service. If you are unable to attend your scheduled call, no further action is required. You are welcome to rebook at any time through our website. 4. Scope of Discussion The introductory call is designed to provide a brief overview of your circumstances and an explanation of how KD & Co Lawyers may be able to assist. Detailed legal advice, strategy discussions, document reviews and consideration of complex factual circumstances are outside the scope of this call and will require a formal appointment. 5.
